A huge thank you to Martin, Elizabeth and every member of staff who showed compassion, respect and dignity at dad’s funeral. From the very late-night call I made to them when dad passed, to arranging the funeral and then seeing dad in the Chapel of Rest everyone has been excellent. Funerals are a tough thing to go through, but the whole process was made so much easier by having a funeral director who you feel genuinely care and that’s how Rowleys made me feel. Thank-you for all your kindness.
